Exchanges and Returns

At Rideside, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with one of our products, we're here to help and provide an easy way for you to return it.

Exchange

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you are free to do so within 14 days of receipt. Once we have inspected the return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full purchase price. Please note that customized items (e.g., shortened handlebars) and used products are excluded from returns.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs for you. Contact our customer service (info@rideside.at) for the free return label.
