The Proto Integrattron Headset is an innovative, integrated headset that combines the top cap and the wedge ring into a single component, reducing both weight and the number of parts. This provides improved stability around the fork and eliminates the weak points that occur with traditional top caps featuring rubber O-rings—thus protecting the fork from breaking. However, the top cap of the Proto headset is not compatible with IHC or Mini HIC compression systems.
